Her expertise spans cash and voucher assistance (CVA), livelihoods, employment systems, and market-based programming, supporting organisations in translating operational experience into coherent programme strategies and evidence-informed approaches.

Marwa is a feminist and an independent evaluator with experience designing and leading evaluations across SWANA. Her work focuses on governance, labour rights, civic space, and independent media, applying Human Rights–Based and conflict-sensitive approaches to assess institutional accountability and reform-oriented programmes.
